Insight From Feedback provides a cloud-based feedback intelligence platform that transforms customer, employee, and vendor feedback into actionable insights. Our Service includes AI-powered analysis, sentiment detection, theme extraction, prioritized action reports, and optional survey collection tools.
Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate delivery of reports and analysis, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact our support team and we will work with you to find a resolution.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSIGHT FROM FEEDBACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tyler, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
